Privacy Policy

Vivo AI Video Generator turns your ideas into moving pictures. This Privacy Policy explains, in plain English, what information is involved when you do that, where it goes, and what control you have over it. Vivo is provided by Torsten Sundell ("we", "us"). This policy is effective from 26.10.2026.

The short version

There are no accounts and no sign-in in Vivo. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or password. The information we handle is limited to what is needed to create your videos and to confirm whether you have an active purchase or subscription.

What we handle, and what we leave alone

When you generate a video, the prompts, text, images or other material you choose to submit are sent to our servers, together with the video produced from them. If you buy a subscription or make an in-app purchase, information about your purchase status is processed so the app knows which features to unlock. Our subscription tool, Adapty, may also process technical details such as app and device identifiers and usage events related to subscriptions. We do not collect your contacts, precise location or payment card details, and we do not ask you to create a profile.

Where your videos are made

Generations run on our own backend, operated by the developer. Your inputs are processed there to produce your video and the result is returned to the app. Please avoid submitting material containing sensitive personal information about yourself or others.

Who else is involved, and why

Apple App Store: Apple distributes the app and handles all purchases and subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase. Your payment details are processed by Apple under Apple's own privacy policy; we never see your card information. Adapty: when used, Adapty helps us track subscription status and provides subscription analytics, such as whether a subscription is active, renewed or cancelled. Adapty processes this information on our behalf under its own privacy terms.

How long we keep things

We keep the inputs and outputs of your generations only for as long as needed to create and deliver your videos, operate the service and keep it secure, unless a longer period is required by law. Purchase records are kept by Apple, and subscription status information is kept by Adapty, in line with their own policies.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us for access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Because Vivo has no accounts, we may need details from you, such as the approximate time of a generation or a purchase reference, to locate the relevant data. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your Apple ID settings, and you can stop all processing by the app by deleting it from your device. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, which we will respect.

Updates and effective date
