Terms of Use

Welcome to Vivo AI Video Generator, an app for bringing your video ideas to life with AI, built for personal and creative projects. These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and Torsten Sundell, the developer. They are effective from 26.10.2026.

Saying yes by pressing play

By downloading, opening or using Vivo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Your licence to create

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Vivo on Apple devices you own or control, in line with these Terms and the Apple App Store's usage rules. You may not copy, modify, resell, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code or underlying models of the app, except where the law expressly allows it.

Creating responsibly

Imagine freely, but please do not use Vivo to create or share content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, deceptive, or that infringes someone else's rights, including their likeness, privacy, copyrights or trademarks. Do not attempt to overload, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the app or our backend. We may limit or stop access to the app's features if these rules are broken.

Subscriptions and purchases

Some features require a subscription or in-app purchase. All billing is handled by Apple through the App Store and charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and renewal charges are made by Apple. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; we cannot issue them directly. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Who owns what

The app itself, including its design, software, branding and features, belongs to Torsten Sundell and is protected by intellectual property laws. As between you and us, you keep whatever rights you have in the prompts and material you submit and in the videos you generate, to the extent the law allows. You grant us a limited permission to process your submissions solely to generate your videos and operate the service. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to anything you upload and for how you use the results. Because AI outputs can resemble existing works or other users' outputs, we cannot guarantee that your videos are unique.

No guarantees on the magic

Vivo is provided "as is" and "as available". AI generation is creative and unpredictable: results may be inaccurate, unexpected or not what you pictured, and the service may occasionally be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Torsten Sundell will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or content, arising from your use of the app or its outputs. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app or its subscriptions in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

When these Terms change

We may update these Terms as Vivo evolves. When we do, we will revise the effective date, and continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new version.
